Looking for the perfect holiday spot for you and your partner/family/family? We know the areas and the houses very well and will gladly advise you personally about the best choice for you. The houses we visited and selected all have their own particularities: the location, the atmosphere of the house, the enormous luxury or, on the contrary, the Portuguese simplicity or a unique environment. With a top selection of houses that have added value in their own way.

For questions and advice, we are available by phone and e-mail during office hours. Outside office hours, seven days a week, you can communicate with us via e-mail. We always aim to respond to your message within a few hours and in any case within one day.

Chantal Bruining

With 15 years of experience in a Portuguese estate agency, Chantal took over the rental company Portucasa in 2021 together with Bastiaan. By then, Portucasa had existed for almost 20 years so a large network of homeowners and holiday guests had been built up.

By listening carefully to the wishes of homeowners regarding rentals, personal use and the best possible rental income, Chantal and the other Portucasa team members have developed a fantastic service that generates bookings and takes care of all the tasks involved.

In this way, Portucasa can give holiday guests an unforgettable holiday and achieve as many repeat visitors as possible. With Chantal's commitment to constant improvement, Portucasa's development never stands still and, together with the team, she looks forward to the coming years of further growth.

With a passion for connecting people to authentic Algarve experiences, Catarina leads the marketing for Portucasa with a strategic and creative approach. By developing a comprehensive marketing plan and crafting engaging social media content, she has brought fresh energy to the brand, enhancing its visibility and appeal.

Elsa Costa

With an eye for detail and a talent for organization, Elsa plays a crucial role as Portucasa’s administrative assistant. Her dedication ensures that daily operations run smoothly, from coordinating bookings to assisting clients and homeowners with their needs.

Guido Visser

With passion, enthusiasm and drive I love serving my clients to achieve our common goals. As a house owner in the Algarve, I understand what is important when renting out your house and offering your guests a great holiday experience so they will return next year.

It brings me great joy when I help an owner to rent out his preciouses house successfully, the better we work together the greater the result.

Besides working for guests and owners I am a proud father of 2 and I love sports to keep me fit and focused.

Bastiaan Taselaar

My name is Bastiaan Taselaar and together with Chantal, I took over Portucasa from Peter Vallen in 2021 to make Portucasa an even better company. Both guests and owners should notice this in good and clear communication and good rental results. I use the experience I gained at UplandParcs for this.

I live in Germany and am the father of two children. In my spare time, I like to be on the road to gain new impressions.
