The townhouse is a very comfortable sized property of 152m² with a roof terrace, 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people and with 2 bathrooms, the entry level floor has an open kitchen, and a spacious west facing dining and living room area with access to a second terrace and outdoor seating. There is a guest bathroom conveniently located on this level. The garden level area consists of a possible independent studio set up with a small kitchen, a separate bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for another 2 pax. The townhouse very comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The terraces have views overlooking the Arade River and Portimão on the other side. This comfortable property is in a quiet area and yet within a 2 minute walking distance to the picturesque center of Ferragudo where there are plenty of restaurants, café and little shops. Within the town centre there is a small harbor and main square where during the summer months there are live music events to be enjoyed.
Casa Ferraguido is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to explore the beautiful town of Ferragudo and the beautiful nearby beaches. There is ample parking nearby. Due to its location and furnishings, this accommodation does not accept (youth) groups who wish to party, or for bachelor(ette) parties. Pets are not permitted.
