Ferragudo
Casa Almar is a cosy recently renovated townhouse located in the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo. 2 minutes walking from the bars and restaurants and as well walking distance from the beach.
Ferragudo is far removed from the hectic resort towns, and offers a peaceful and relaxed ambience, while the surrounding coastline offers some of the finest beaches of the Lagoa region. Within the small town there is a delightful harbour, pretty cobblestone shopping streets and a selection of outstanding seafood restaurants.
To the south of Ferragudo is the São João do Arade fort and the Praia Grande beach which is ideal for kids as it has a playground, while further along the coastline you find the Ponta do Altar Lighthouse and the stunning Praia dos Caneiros beach.
On the ground floor of Casa Almar you find two living areas, the first one with a dining table and small sofa and the second one with more lounge places and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a meal on your holiday and has an oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Furthermore there is a bathroom downstairs.
At both sides of the house you find a terrace where you can enjoy the outside life.
Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, an additional sofa bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan that cools in summer and distributes heat in winter. Furthermore, convector heating ensures a pleasant temperature in winter.
Guests can use Vitor`s Village swimming pool from March to October, it is a one and a half minute walk from the house.
Casa Almar is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to explore the beautiful town of Ferragudo and don’t want to use a car, or who want to explore the surrounding towns as you are centrally located. There is ample parking around the building.
Due to its location and furnishings, this accommodation is not suitable for groups who come to party, for club meetings or to celebrate bachelor parties. In case of inconvenience, action will be taken.
