Description of the house
Comfortable, light holiday house close to sea with wonderful garden and magnificent views. Casa das Flores is on a favourable location in a small residential area 1 km from the convivial beach resort Luz. From the living room, terraces and garden you?ll overlook Luz, the cliffs including the ?Black Rock? and the Atlantic Ocean.
The view from the roof terrace is spectacular. It?s a wonderful place to enjoy your holidays.
Due to the under-floor heating and open fireplace Casa das Flores remains comfortable even in winter! The entire garden is walled so you can enjoy total privacy.
In a 5 minute walk you?ll find another swimming pool and a tennis court at ?Bar Carib? (not for free).
Surroundings of Casa das Flores
From Luz it?s a 1 hour drive to Faro Airport. Luz is known for its beautiful, child-friendly beach and wonderful boulevard. In Luz you can do all your daily shopping, visit restaurants, bars and a (multilingual) medical clinic. All this is at walking distance. Bustling Lagos, at 10 minutes by car, is at one of the largest bays of the Algarve.
The picturesque coastal town of Burgau is also within easy reach. A visit to Monchique and Silves is worth-while. Children can enjoy themselves in Aqualand at Albufeira. In 20 minutes by car you can be at the golf courses of the Boavista Golf Club, Palmares Golf and Da Floresta Golf. At the Boavista Golf Club is also an extensive sports centre and Spa section. From Luz you can go for delightful walks along the coast or inland.
Layout
All rooms are on one floor. Spacious living room with entrance, dining section and open fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms with a double bed each, one bathroom with shower/toilet/washbasin and a second bathroom with full-size bathtub/toilet/washbasin. There?s also a separate toilet. All rooms have access to the terrace.
