Description of the house
Foz do Banho is set in a hilly and very green environment. The octagonal villa, was built in 1970 by an architect. The octagonal patio with grapes, is both the entrance and the centre of the villa.
Around the patio the various rooms have been designed. This large villa has a surface of approx. 300 m2! From a remarkably spacious master bedroom with open fireplace and terrace, you can go for your morning swim in the pool straight away. The fantastic living room with various lounge areas is followed by the octagonal dining room and the same covered terrace. The spacious kitchen/diner is provided with all modern fixtures.
A beautifully landscaped and lush garden surrounds the villa. Various terraces with idyllic seating areas complete this oasis with optimal sunshine or shade. The uniquely designed swimming pool is tiled black and adjoins the ponds.
Each season you can pick the citrus fruit or create your own flower arrangements. It?s actually possible to go for a real walk on the private, hilly grounds (5 ha), with a forever rippling stream beneath. In this environment you can completely relax and feel one with nature!
Surroundings of Foz do Banho
The location of this villa is perfect. It?s on the outskirts of the small Caldas de Monchique Spa, in a rural area in the Monchique Mountain Range and at just 6 km from Monchique (with shops and restaurants).
It?s only a 20 minute drive to the coast. A great golf course is at a distance of just 10 minutes.

All rooms are on one floor. Large living room with various lounge areas and open fireplace. Adjoining dining room, fully equipped kitchen/diner. Three bedrooms, each with bathroom en-suite (2 with bathtub and shower and 1 with shower facility). Separate guest toilet and laundry space. Large covered terrace with dining area.
